DIAGNOS announces its highest quarterly results since the beginning of its operation

Brossard, Quebec, Canada – August 30, 2006 – DIAGNOS inc. (“DIAGNOS” or the “Corporation”) (VENTURE TSX: ADK), a leader in knowledge extraction and artificial intelligence, announced today the financial results of its first quarter for fiscal year 2007.

During the quarter ended June 30, 2006, DIAGNOS registered total revenue of $295,728, an increase of 64%, compared to revenue of $180,082 for the first quarter of fiscal year 2006. The net loss for the first quarter of fiscal year 2007 is $92,341 compared to $80,801 for the first quarter of fiscal year 2006.

Over 67% of the Corporation’s revenue was derived from gains on sale of options granted on certain mineral exploration claims to properties.

DIAGNOS signed its largest contract, related to the sale of options on mineral exploration claims to properties since the beginning of its operation during the quarter.

Furthermore, DIAGNOS acquired an additional 53 mining claims located in the center of the mining region in Abitibi, Quebec. These claims were acquired for future joint venture agreement with exploration companies.
