DIAGNOS AND DCIenable TO PROVIDE E-BUSINESS SOLUTIONS TO ADC / BELLSOUTH TELECOMMUNICATIONS’ VALUE INTEGRATION PARTNER CUSTOMER BASE THROUGH A STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH ADVANCED DATA CENTER (ADC) USA
Montreal, Quebec, Canada — March 22, 2001– DIAGNOS Inc. (DGN-CDNX), a leader in knowledge extraction artificial intelligence, announced today that it will provide advanced knowledge management solutions for e-business to ADC/BellSouth Telecommunications customers in North America through its new strategic partnership with Miami-based Advanced Data Center (ADC) and DCIenable Inc (DCI: TSE), located in Kanata, Ontario. The companies will jointly provide a complete range of e-business solutions, including Web hosting, data warehousing, data storage, e-commerce, e-learning and data mining services.
Under the terms of the Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU), the partnership between DIAGNOS Inc., Advanced Data Center, Inc. (ADC) and DCIenable, will focus on an ‘all in one’ approach, selling a complete range of e-business services. The partners will benefit from a reciprocal marketing arrangement to access a web hosting market that is expected to rise from US$4 billion in 2001 to US$17.2 billion dollars by 2004 according to IDC.
ADC, through its “Value Integration Partnership” agreement with BellSouth, will be able to provide Web design, data management, data storage services and managed services BellSouth’s customer base of over 41 million customers in 20 countries. Through the new partnership with DIAGNOS and DCIenable, ADC will now offer expanded, full-service ‘end-to-end’ e-business solutions to the ADC/BellSouth
DIAGNOS will be responsible for all knowledge management services including data mining and advanced I-Learning. DCIenable will be responsible for Web and portal development, professional services, B2B e- markets, and e-commerce. ADC will be responsible for Web hosting, network management, data storage, data warehousing, and technical support.
